MEDICA · Düsseldorf · 16–19 November 2026
Can't get to MEDICA? I can be your eyes and ears.
Your team may be staying at home, or spending the week on its own stand. PANSOME and I can investigate the exhibitors and questions you specify, then report in Japanese or English. MEDICA 2026 takes place in Düsseldorf from 16 to 19 November.
A report built around your question
Tell me what you need to find out about a product, competitor or potential partner. We agree the exhibitors or topics to investigate and the reporting deadline. The report separates what we observed, what a company told us and what still needs checking. Photographs and materials are included where permitted.
Selected visits, with a clear purpose
If a particular booth matters to your brief, I can visit personally by arrangement. If your team cannot leave its own stand, we can also prepare approaches to potential partners. We can discuss a live call from a stand, subject to the exhibitor's agreement and finding a suitable time.
Research visits do not automatically include promoting a non-exhibiting company's products at other stands. Any representative activity needs a separate agreement.
After the fair
After the fair, you may need to decide which contacts to pursue, prepare English or German messages or find out who can make the decision. We can agree follow-up work and keep a record of the replies, with Japanese updates for your team.
Who does the work and what it costs
I lead research, written preparation and reporting. PANSOME adds agreed local Japanese-German communication and visits. I have provided MEDICA interpreting for a Japanese laboratory-automation company, as well as three days of interpreting and practical support at interpack 2026.
Joint MEDICA work is quoted by assignment. The proposal names the person attending, the visits and questions covered, the report language, deadline and fee. Send the company, topic, priority exhibitors and what you need to know; I will tell you what we can cover.
Scope and costs before you book
Before paid work starts, I'll put the scope in writing: what you'll receive, the language, deadline, fee and who will do each part. The quote identifies any travel, event admission and partner costs, along with any applicable taxes. I start the agreed work once we've settled the brief and you've paid the 50% advance. We'll agree any additional work separately. Prices are in euros.
