I spent 20 years in Japan. Permanent residency, Japanese wife, four languages. I built a business there from nothing - no network, no Japanese when I started. Now I'm in Düsseldorf. I map people and information that others can't find. Trade shows, conferences, new markets - I turn the chaos into a short list of who actually matters and how to reach them.

Most of my work sits at the Japan-Europe intersection. But the method works anywhere. I've mapped Davos, Web Summit, Slush, MEDICA. A venture investor from the Philippines messaged me last week to say my Davos mapping was "making a real difference" for her. We'd never spoken before.

I don't do small talk networking. I do research, then introductions that lead somewhere. If you need the right 50 people out of 5,000, that's what I do.
