We decide what would actually help: sector research, partner follow-up, English or Japanese materials, an executive article or preparation for the next visit. The monthly plan names the work and how we will review it.

When local conversations in Germany need additional support, PANSOME can be involved by agreement. You know who handles each task and who reports back.

Ongoing support is €1,500–2,500 a month, with an initial three-month commitment. The proposal sets out the monthly work, time reserved, review points, response arrangements and separately priced partner or travel costs.

We review priorities within the agreed scope. Introductions depend on fit and the other party's willingness. If you need additional work, I quote for it before starting.
